This recipe is by far my most used one! I make these truffles at least twice a week. They are super quick, simple and versatile.
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
Just combine the first four ingredients in a bowl until they form a paste. Use your hands to mould this into balls and roll them in the shredded coconut. These can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
P.S. You can use any flavour of protein powder you like. I love using crazy flavours like rocky road, cookies and cream, and caramel toffee fudge!
