These protein balls are delicious, gluten free and taste like Nutella… it doesn’t get much better than that!

Pop in a food processor:

2 scoops chocolate whey protein,
1 cup hazelnuts,
1/4 cup cacao powder,
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk,
1/3 cup coconut flour

Blend the ingredients together until they form a thick paste. Use your hands to form this into balls and roll in desiccated coconut. You can store these in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
