Combine:
1 and 1/2 cups oats,
1 cup vanilla whey protein,
1/2 cup milk.

Stir stir stir until combined into a thick paste. You might need to add a teeny bit more milk depending on the whey you use. Literally add it a tablespoon at a time. Too much milk means the base won’t set! Then push this mixture into the bottom of a tray to form the base layer. Pop in the fridge to set.

Combine:
1 cup dessicated coconut,
1 scoop vanilla whey,
3 tbsp milk,
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)

Stir stir stir until it forms a paste. Press this over the top of the oat base layer. Pop in the fridge to set. Sprinkle coconut flakes and choc chips on top if you fancy it. Chop up into slices and either store in the fridge or freezer.
