This is the most simple banana bread recipe around, and can be easily customised and jazzed up! It can be adapted to your preferences, for example you could add cinnamon, chopped nuts, dried fruit, honey, or chocolate chips.
3 cups flour (I recommend oat or almond flour)
3-4 super ripe mashed bananas
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
It’s simple… just combine the ingredients and pour the mixture into a lined loaf tin and bake at 180c/350f degrees for around 40-50 minutes. Keep checking it, it is cooked when a toothpick comes out clean.
