These cookies taste exactly like traditional homemade cookies – but they’re healthy and guilt free!
1 and a 1/4 cup almond flour
3 tbsp grass fed butter or coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp vanilla
A pinch of baking soda
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Â¾ cup mixed dried fruit and nuts
Mix all the ingredients together except the 1/4 cup almond flour, then add this in if the mixture seems too thin (this depends on the butter/oil you use). Then pop little mounds of the mixture onto a baking sheet. Pop them in the oven at 180c/350f for around 10-15 minutes. They will still be squidgy when they come out the oven so leave them to cool and set.
