These brownies are INCREDIBLE! They are moist, delicious and packed full of protein. You don’t have to use cherries, any berry will do.
1/3 cup apple purÃ©e (I used baby food),
1 egg white,
1/3 cup cocoa powder,
1/3 cup oats,
2 tbsp honey,
3 tbsp melted coconut oil,
1/2 cup milk (I used almond milk),
1 cup pitted cherries ,
1/2 cup chocolate whey protein
Once all the ingredients are mixed together thoroughly, pop into a lined baking tray and bake at 200c for 10-12 minutes until cooked through. Leave to cool and set, chop up and top with more cherries for decoration.
