- 150g frozen fruit
- 1 heaping scoop protein powder
- A dash of milk
You can use any frozen fruit such as bananas, berries, or mango. Use a hand blender to blend the ingredients into a thick creamy smoothie. Grab an electric hand whisk and whisk the mixture until it expands into a huge bowl of protein fluff – this usually takes around 5 minutes. Then just eat it out the bowl, I dare you!
