This is a basic protein flapjack recipe that you can experiment with and make your own!


  • 1 and ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup nut butter
  • 3 scoops of whey protein powder
  • ½ cup milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)

Combine all the ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a tray and pop into the freezer to set. Chop into slices and store in the fridge for up to a week.

These are called â??customisableâ? since you can make them whatever flavour you like! Just change the protein powder and nut butter. You can then add in any extras like nuts, dried fruit, or desiccated coconut!
