Rich, nutty and delicious – this fudge is perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth in a healthy way!
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- Â¼ cup powdered sweetener (e.g. stevia)
- Â¼ cup cocoa powder
- Â½ cup peanut butter (or chocolate peanut butter)
- Â¼ cup milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)
Thoroughly combine the ingredients in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a small lined tray and freeze for about an hour until set. Chop into pieces and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Now comes the hard part – trying to not eat the whole batch!
