These cookies combine delicious chocolate with all the health benefits of chia seeds. These are a super food and are packed with calcium, protein and healthy fats!

Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

1/3 cup cocoa powder

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cup honey

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 egg white

2 tbsp milk (e.g. unsweetened almond milk)

A handful of chocolate chips

Simply combine the ingredients in a bowl, and then pop mounds of the mixture onto a baking sheet. Bake at 180c/350f for around 10-15 minutes.
