Doesn’t everyone dream of one day being associated with a nut butter company?! I know I do! And I am so excited to share that I am now the UK ambassador for PBfit, my favourite powdered peanut butter product.

I know what you’re thinking, what on earth is powdered peanut butter? Well, it is exactly what it says on the tin. Peanuts are gently roasted and pressed, to release the flavour and extract the oil. Then they are ground into a flour or powder, which has 90% less fat and 1/3 of the calories of regular peanut butter. This is basically the dream as it means you get to eat even more nutty goodness! You simply mix the powdered peanut butter with water (2 tbsp PBfit & 1.5 tbsp water) to make a spread. Bosh!

If you’ve followed me for a while you might remember back in the day when I was called “blondehealth” over on instagram, I was a little but obsessed with PBfit. I ordered it in from America just so I could use it in my smoothies, pancakes and waffles! Well, now it has officially launched in the UK I have rekindled my love affair with this nutty powder. It is made from only three ingredients: peanuts, coconut palm sugar and kosher salt. Plus it is packed with plant based protein, so a perfect addition to your morning oatmeal or shake to give it a protein hit.

Over the course of the next few months I will be sharing my favourite nutty recipes with you guys from brownies and bakes though to coffee and shakes. I hope to inspire you to add some PBfit deliciousness into your diet!
