I’m so excited to introduce The Sculpt Guide, a 12 week training program designed to help you achieve the healthy, balanced and sustainable lifestyle that you have always dreamt of.

My aim with The Sculpt Guide is to empower you to become the fittest, healthiest and happiest version of yourself. The program gives you all the tools that you need to take control of your physical fitness, look after your body and strengthen your mind. Whether you are a complete beginner, an experienced gym bunny or someone who is stuck in a rut with the same old routine and needing a motivation boost – this 12 week guide is suited to everyone.

It’s safe to say The Sculpt Guide is comprehensive. It’s 133 pages long – there is no scrimping on information. It is a result of 7 years of learning from personal experience and training my clients. I want you to feel informed, inspired and ready to transform your life.

What’s In The Guide?

  • Everything you need to know about using the guide, how to structure your workouts, and advice on choosing the workouts that are right for you.
  • The rationale. A comprehensive explanation for the reasoning behind the structure of the program so you understand the purpose of your training.
  • Finding your why. Tips and tricks for motivating yourself and feeling confident.
  • 12 weeks of workouts. These are laid out clearly using pictures, explanations and links to demonstration videos.
  • Flexibility. There are 7 different workouts provided each week, covering bodyweight, weighted and HIIT workouts. You choose 4-5 of these depending on your preference.
  • A training support guide. Extensive information on how to recover from your training and support your overall wellbeing. This includes information on foam rolling, stretching, meditation, mindfulness and stress reduction.
