  • 15 large dates
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)

Pop all the ingredients in a food processor and combine. You might need to add an extra tbsp of milk to help the ingredients come together depending on the protein powder you use. Once the mixture has turned into a big sticky ball use your hands to roll it into little balls of yumminess. Store these in the fridge for up to 4 days.
