These chocolates are quick and easy to make! They’re a delicious treat to prepare in advance and spread throughout the week, as they keep well in the fridge.
- 100g 85%+ dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 scoop strawberry protein powder
- Optional: Sprinkles!
Melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil and stir in the protein powder. Pop the sprinkles in the bottom of ice cube trays/moulds and pour over the melted mixture. Put in the freezer until set (around 20-30 minutes) and enjoy. These can be kept in the fridge for 2 weeks.
