Finally, an easy and healthy version of snickers chocolate bars. These are packed full of protein too!
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 scoops vanilla whey protein
- 2 cups oats
- Â½ cup milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)
Combine all the ingredients for the bottom layer in a bowl and press the mixture down into a small tray. Spread the middle layer of peanut butter evenly over the base. Freeze until set (around 1 hour). Finally, melt the dark chocolate and spread it over the top of the bars. Freeze again until set. Chop into bars and store in the fridge for up to a week.
