These macaroons are deliciously crunchy on the outside, while remaining soft and chewy on the inside!


2 egg whites

1 tbsp honey

2/3 cups unsweetened shredded coconut

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Thoroughly whisk the ingredients together. If the mixture is too thick to do this (this depends on the honey you use), then add in a table spoon of milk (such as unsweetened almond milk). Place the mixture onto a greased baking sheet in 6 mounds and bake at 180c/350f for around 15 minutes.
