Of all the nuts, pecans are by far my favourite! These brownies are simple to make but absolutely delicious 🙂

Ingredients:
2/3 cup apple puree (Apple baby food is an easy to find version of this!)
1/2 cup natural Greek yoghurt
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Simply combine the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Pop the mixture into a small lined baking tray and bake at 200c for 10-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Demolish them in 5 minutes flat (… At least that’s what I did!)

Top tip: you can swap the pecans for any nuts of your choice.
