This is the second peanut butter protein cookie recipe I have created. This recipe produces cookies with a more biscuit-like texture! These cookies are low carb – so perfect for those of you who are watching your carbohydrate intake.
1 cup peanut butter
1 scoop protein powder (I recommend vanilla or chocolate flavour)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp milk (e.g. unsweetened almond milk)
Just mix the ingredients thoroughly – it is easier if you slightly warm the peanut butter in the microwave. Then pop the mixture on a baking sheet in biscuit shapes and bake for about 10-12 minutes at 180c/350f. When you take them out the oven, be sure to let them cool and set for 10 minutes before you devour them!
