This is the first of two peanut butter protein cookie recipes I have created. These produce a more traditional chewy cookie with a crunchy exterior!
2 heaping tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut milk
A handful of dark chocolate chips
Literally just mix the ingredients together, mould into cookie shapes and place on a baking sheet. Then bake at 180 c/350f for 8- 10 minutes.
