As I am sure you already know… I am a bit of a nut butter addict – especially peanut butter! So I just had to create a peanut butter protein chocolate recipe didn’t I?!

Ingredients:

  • 100g 85%+ dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Melt 50g of the dark chocolate with 1 tbsp coconut oil and half a scoop of protein powder. Pour a thin layer of this into the bottom of an ice cube tray and pop in the freezer. Once set, put a teeny bit of peanut butter on top of the frozen chocolate layer. Try and make sure that this is in the centre of the moulds and can be completely covered by the next layer. Then pour over another layer of the chocolate mixture (50g melted dark chocolate, 1 tbsp melted coconut oil and ½ scoop chocolate protein powder). Put these back in the freezer until set. You can store these in the fridge for 2 weeks. They’re super moreish – I challenge you to not eat them all at once!
