If you’re a fan of traditional peanut butter cups you NEED to try these. I pinky promise that they taste just as good!
- 100g 85%+ dark chocolate
- Â¼ cup natural peanut butter
Melt half of the dark chocolate and pour this into cupcake liners until a thin layer covers the bottom of the cases. Freeze these until set. Then plop a teeny bit of peanut butter on top of the frozen chocolate layer and pour over the rest of the melted chocolate. Put these in the freezer again until set. Try not to eat them all at once (it’s a challenge!), and store them in the fridge for up to two weeks.
