These are super simple cookies that can be made in a hurry. They’re perfect for on-the-go snacking as the oats provide slow releasing energy.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup oats (or oat flour if you want a less chunky cookie)

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp powdered sweetener (e.g. stevia)

1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

1-2 tbsp of milk (e.g. unsweetened almond milk)

2 tbsp raisins

Simply mix the ingredients together, and place the dough in cookie shapes on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 180c/350f for around 10-15 minutes.
