Try these gooey and delicious Nutella cookies which are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Yum!


  • ¾ cup dark chocolate hazelnut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour

Preheat the oven to 180c/350f. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Grease a baking sheet or tray and plop the mixture onto it in cookie shapes. Bake for around 8-10 minutes until cooked through but still gooey on the inside. This recipe can make anywhere between 4-10 cookies depending on what size you make them. If you make smaller cookies be sure to bake them for a shorter amount of time! You can store these in an airtight container for up to a week. Now… try not to eat the whole batch!
