- 2/3 cup milk (e.g. I recommend coconut milk)
- Â¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
Heat the milk on a low to medium heat in a pan. Then add in the other ingredients and cook through. Keep stirring until the â??oatsâ? reach your desired thickness and consistency. Serve with your choice of toppings.
