These balls are cram packed with healthy ingredients and natural sources of energy. They’re great for on-the-go snacking.


  • 15 large dates
  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • The zest of a lemon

Pop all the ingredients in a food processor and combine. Once the mixture has turned into a paste, use your hands to mould it into balls. Store these in the fridge in an air tight container for up to a week.
