The chewy dried fruit and crunchy nuts add a delicious twist to this protein fudge recipe.
- 1 cup nut or seed butter (any type you like!)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Â½ cup milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- Â½ cup mixed dried fruit and nuts.
Thoroughly combine the ingredients in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a small lined tray and freeze for about an hour until set. Chop into pieces and store in the fridge.
Go crazy and customise this recipe! Change the flavour of the protein powder, the nut butter or the fruit and nuts. Try adding in desiccated coconut or orange zest. Experiment with different extracts like vanilla and peppermint. You never know what delicious fudge variety you might create!
