These protein bars have a delicious crunchy texture and boast the ultimate flavour combination: chocolate and peanut butter.
- 2 and Â½ cups plain puffed rice
- 4 scoops chocolate protein powder
- Â½ cup cocoa powder
- Â½ cup honey
- Â½ cup milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)
Combine all the ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a tray and pop into the freezer to set. Chop into slices and store in the freezer for up to a week.
