Makes 9 slices

Ingredients

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup ground almonds
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 50g dark chocolate, broken into chunks

Method

These are easy peasy. Just preheat the oven to 190c, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and shove it in a greased baking tray. Sprinkle on some extra cacao nibs for decoration and bake for 20 minutes. Leave to cool and set. Eat. Bish bash bosh.
