These protein bars have a delicious crunchy texture and boast the ultimate flavour combination: chocolate and peanut butter.


  • 2 cups plain puffed rice
  • 3 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup peanut butter (slightly melted in the microwave)
  • ½ cup milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)

Combine all the ingredients thoroughly. Pour into a tray and pop into the freezer to set. Chop into slices and store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
