These cookies have minimal ingredients, are super easy to make and they’re healthy too!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 large ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Method

Preheat the oven to 170c. Grease a baking tray. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until completely combined. Plonk dollops of the mixture onto the baking tray. Bake for around 10-15 minutes or until cooked through and starting to brown slightly. Allow them to cool…then devour them!
