These are the perfect post-workout treat, as they combine delicious healthy brownie goodness with a protein hit! Plus, they contain chickpeas to give them an amazing texture – I promise you can’t taste them!

Ingredients:

1 can of chickpeas – a 400g can or 240g drained. Make sure you drain, rinse and thoroughly dry these.

1/4 cup cocoa powder

2 scoops chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup milk (e.g. unsweetened almond milk)

1 egg white

These brownies are super simple, just pop all the ingredients in a blender and whizz it up until the mixture is smooth. Then pour this into a lined tray and bake at 180c/350f for 15 minutes.
