Delicious dense brownies smothered in melted peanut butter and dark chocolate chips… need I say more?

Ingredients:

170g Greek yoghurt

1/4 cup milk (e.g. unsweetened almond milk)

1 large egg

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup powdered sweetener (e.g. stevia)

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup oats or oat flour

½ cup peanut butter

A handful of dark chocolate chips

Combine all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips and peanut butter – To get a perfectly smooth brownie I recommend doing this in a blender or food processor. Then pour this mixture into a small lined baking tin. Microwave the peanut butter until melted – do this in short bursts of 15 seconds and stir regularly to avoid burning. Use a spoon to drizzle and pour it over the brownie mixture. Then sprinkle with dark chocolate chips, and pop in the oven at 180c/350f for around 20 minutes. Leave to cool slightly before slicing them up.
