These protein bars taste divine, plus they’re full of fibre to keep you feeling fuller for longer.
- 2 cups oats
- Â½ cup cocoa powder
- 3 scoops chocolate whey protein
- 1 tbsp orange extract
- The juice and zest of a large orange
- Â½ cup coconut flour
- 1 cup milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)
Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Press down into a small tray and freeze for about 1-2 hours until set. Chop into bars and store in the fridge for up to a week.
