These protein bars taste divine, plus they’re full of fibre to keep you feeling fuller for longer.


  • 2 cups oats
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 3 scoops chocolate whey protein
  • 1 tbsp orange extract
  • The juice and zest of a large orange
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)

Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Press down into a small tray and freeze for about 1-2 hours until set. Chop into bars and store in the fridge for up to a week.
