The coconut adds an amazing chewy texture to these yummy protein bars!


  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened desiccated coconut
  • 1 egg
  • 2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)

Preheat the oven to 180c/350f. Pop all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them together. Once combined, pour the mixture into a lined tray and bake for around 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Leave to cool and set, chop them up, and enjoy. These can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
