Guys, this chocolate chip loaf is a game changer – it’s so damn delicious! No one would ever expect that it’s made from wholesome ingredients!
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unrefined coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
Preheat the oven to 200c. Literally just combine all the ingredients in a bowl until they’re thoroughly combined. Line a loaf tin and grease it thoroughly to prevent sticking. Pour in the mixture and sprinkle some toasted almond on top if you fancy it!
Pop the loaf in the oven on the middle shelf for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean! Leave it to cool a little before you slice it up and devour it 🙂
