Nutty Chocolate Bark:

This is so simple I can’t claim it is a recipe! It is super versatile and you can adjust it to your preferences.

Ingredients:

  • 100g 85%+ dark chocolate
  • ½ cup nuts of your choice
  • Optional extras: stir in some peanut butter, orange zest, desiccated coconut, or dried fruit.

Just melt the chocolate in a bowl and stir in the nuts. Pour into a lined baking tin and spread out to your desired thickness. Freeze until set and break into pieces.

Chocolate Protein Bark:

Ingredients:

  • 100g 85%+ dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 scoop protein powder (any flavour)

Melt together the coconut oil and dark chocolate. Stir in the protein powder and add in any extras e.g. nuts. Pour into a lined baking tin and spread out to your desired thickness. Freeze until set and break into pieces.
