Cookies for breakfast? I know it sounds crazy – but these are cram packed with superfoods and natural energy to start your day in a healthy way!


  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 mashed bananas

Preheat the oven to 180c/350f. Chuck all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them together. Then mould the dough into cookie shapes and place on a greased baking tray. Pop them on the middle shelf of the oven for 10-15 minutes. Devour them. These can be kept for up to 4 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
