These brownies are made with black beans, to make them super ooey-gooey and delicious!
1 tin of black beans – 400g can or 240g drained (make sure you drain, rinse and dry them thoroughly)
1/2 cup oats or oat flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp powdered sweetener (e.g.stevia)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of baking powder
2/3 cup chocolate chips
All you have to do is pop all the ingredients in a blender except the chocolate chips, and blend them until the mixture is smooth. Then stir in the chocolate chips, and pour the mixture into a lined tray. Bake at 180c/350f for 15-20 minutes. Then let them cool completely before you slice them.
