These are the ultimate protein pancakes. A bold statement, but it’s true. Try them and see!


  • 1 scoop banana protein powder
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • A pinch of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ a mashed banana
  • 3-4 tbsp milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk)

In a blender or food processor combine all the ingredients. Heat up some oil in a pan to a medium temperature (I recommend coconut oil) and pour in your pancake mixture. Flip when bubbles appear on the surface.
