Ingredients:

  • 1 large mashed banana
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tbsp peanut flour

These are super simple… Just mash the banana and whisk it with the egg and egg white. Then add in the peanut flour and whisk whisk whisk until there is no clumps or lumps. Heat up some oil in a pan to a medium temperature (I recommend coconut oil) and pour in your pancake mixture. Flip when bubbles appear on the surface.

Top Tip: Try stirring a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips into the batter!
