As if two peanut butter cookie recipes isn’t enough, I’ve only gone and created a third recipe! These ones only have three ingredients and are super versatile – you could use any nut butter (such as cashew or almond butter) and add in chocolate chips, raisins, etc! Ingredients:
3/4 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup oats
Just mix the ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly combined – you might need to heat the nut butter in the microwave to make it more pliable. Taste the batter – if it isn’t sweet enough then you can add in some honey to taste, or if you want them more salty add in a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Use your hands to form the batter into cookie shapes and press them down on a cookie sheet. Bake them in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 8 minutes then tuck in!
